currently a user is able to save a new relationship without having selected a relationship type, and also with having entered a badly formatted date. The branch must at least have a relationship type, and any dates must be checked for valid format.

First attempt at this failed. The js for this form is different than the other forms, and inserting validation on the branch did not work as usual...
