VO09220 missing locational data

The entry for VO09220 in Arches is missing locational information. If you search for the site in Arches an entry comes up for it in the Search Panel but it doesn’t show up on the map nor does the report have map data for the site. It does have locational data in the original GIS data and was once in the system so I’m thinking maybe this may have to do with the issue @mradamcox mentioned to me which occurred with some sites when he first put through Arches 5.1.

We'll leave this ticket open, but it should be solved with the current solution we have in mind for #174.

Just confirming this is still an issue and will be resolved with the creation of an FMSF ETL Updater as discussed previously.
