I really like the ease of how new diagrams can be created with the plugin and the auto-embedding and scaling of it. Right now it's an image file which makes using drawio being a navigable diagram a lot more difficult since you have to go through the editor to click on a link now.

Is it possible to have the plugin output the diagram as an interactive (html/iframe/etc.) in its current state?

Sounds like a nice feature that is part of Confluence.. sadly I don’t have front end skills, so I will label this issue and maybe someone will pick it up
