[enchantement] Add "fade time" setting

It would be nice to add a "fade time" option that controls the duration of the transition between the activation/display of a menu until the rainbow/blur effect is complete.
I think a slider with range between 0 (instant) and 5s, with a step in tenth of a second, would be good.
