I'll add this as an enhancement for now. Will have a look next time I spend some time with csgosl.
Yes, you can install mods yourself, just enable sourcemod in csgosl and install the mod, config it, ... The only issue is mods which are included in csgosl, since these will be upgraded as csgosl adds new versions and also configs will be overwritten when upgrading csgosl.
I managed to install it myself. The only problem I see is that I cannot enable/disable it through the UI. But for now that doesn't really matter to me since its the only reason I made the effort of installing a server.
