Onmapchanges exec is not launching

When map is chaning to another, I executed an exec in folder "onmapchanges". In exec there are just two commands: mp_warmup_end and mp_freezetime 3, but when new map is launched these two commands are not activating. I am new to this kind of stuff and i am not completely understanding how it works. Hope someone can help.

Sorry for late reply, completely missed your post.

I just tested and it seems to work fine for me at least. Did you remember to enable your onmapchange script in the Autoexec tab?
