Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When attempting to run any Flutter project using GitHub Codespaces, there is a recurrent issue of needing to manually install curl, fvm, and a specific Flutter version. This process is time-consuming and repetitive, detracting from the efficiency and convenience that Codespaces is supposed to provide. Despite searching, existing Docker configurations related to Flutter on GitHub Marketplace have not been satisfactory or useful.

Describe the solution you'd like
To address this problem, I propose publishing a pre-configured Dockerfile to the GitHub Marketplace. This Dockerfile will include all necessary installations and configurations required for running Flutter projects seamlessly in GitHub Codespaces.
