Can't open or close Laragon when minimized to tray.

I've been having trouble opening Laragon from tray for some time now. When minimized to tray, it does not respond to left and right mouse clicks. The only way to fix it is to disable the application with task manager. This happens completely randomly. Sometimes it works fine, other times it doesn't respond. The server itself works without any problems. I started noticing this on Windows 11 23H2, currently it happens on 24H2 26100.1150, tried on clean Windows install, still same problem.
