EBV-105 Wireless Water Shutoff Valve

This describes the Z-Wave device EBV-105, manufactured by EcoNet Controls with the thing type UID of econet_ebv105_00_000.

The EBV-105 supports routing. This allows the device to communicate using other routing enabled devices as intermediate routers. This device is also able to participate in the routing of data between other devices in the mesh network.

The EBV105 water shutoff controller is easy to install and configure. No special tools or plumbing required. The included clamp supports installation.

You need to add a water leak sensor.

Inclusion Information

Place the Z-Wave controller in pairing (learning) mode. Press the SET/Power button 3 or more times rapidly (within 0.5 seconds).

Exclusion Information

Place your Z-Wave controller in exclusion (un-learning) mode. Once the controller is in exclusion mode, bring the EBV105 close to the Z-Wave controller (several feet) and press the Power button 3 or more time rapidly (within 0.5 seconds).
