Format the USB flash drive to the FAT32 format, and place the folders "EFI" and "WIN4_19_230421A", as well as the file "startup.nsh" in the root directory of the USB drive. To upgrade the BIOS, press Fn+F7 during startup to select the USB drive as the boot device.
During the upgrade process, please ensure that the machine is in a charging state. After the upgrade is successful, the machine will automatically shut down. The upgrade is equivalent to resetting the BIOS, so the restart may take longer and the screen may be black for a while. Please be patient!

Win4 Touch Calibration Drivers
This issue is documented in this Reddit post
After Installing these drivers the screen should be fixed.
Issues that this driver fixes:
- The touch input is not the same as the register input.
- TouchScreen is not working
These issues could have been caused because of the use of the DriverEasy app to update drivers. After a fresh installation, the screen is not inputting the right spot where it was touched. You press in an area but the input is registered in a different area of the screen.
Or It could be caused because you used an SD card or SSD from another device that has a portrait screen. see here
