CPS 2.2 does not contain verbiage related to "publicly disclos[ing] its CA business practices to the extent require by the CA's selected audit scheme".

It also does not contain links to our various valid/revoked/expired test sites, which would fit well in this section.

Should also review RFC 3647 while we're at it, to do a deeper double check.
