Move sensors, actuators and AI models to properties

Currently device sensors and actuators and AI agent models are stored in arrays, this causes problems with the subscriptions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change the sensors, actuators and models to be properties of the device/AI agent rather than stored in sensors.value, actuators.value and models.value.
