有两个问题：
1、Macmillan Advance learner’s dictionary 2016，这里的 2016 指的是出版年份吗？

我在亚马逊和京东搜索这本书，找到的出版日期是2004的。

比如：

2、文章内容：「很多作家都会把写好的文稿j多次朗读」，这里多了一个「j」

开明英文文法，我在tb上购买的是复印版（店家说早已不出版了）。
macmillan，同上看到了京东的链接，但是已经很久没货了，于是tb上搜到的麦克米伦高阶英汉双解，购买了这本。如果有哪位朋友能找到macmillan 2016的购买链接，烦请回复下，感谢～（偶尔会回来反复阅读这篇文章的，评论也会看）
