目前来看有如下途径：

stripe 个人账户收钱（貌似有点难，会有各种限制）。
美国开离岸 LLC 公司。还需调研后续税费等各类维护费用
Stripe Atlas。费用为： 400刀开设费+100刀维护费+300刀州税+mail forwarding
FirstBase 费用为： 399刀开设费+100刀维护费+300刀州税 + 420 mail forwarding
好像 Wyoming 州的费率更低。
这里可以找到离岸公司相关代理。
