我们SIG已经快接近200人了，翻译、校对的管理难度越来越大，翻译的质量也很难统一。

经过昨天会议讨论，我们决定成立 Review 小组。翻译内容提交之后，合并之前由Review小组进行Review，通过之后才能合并。

如果你有兴趣参加 Review 小组，请在本ISSUE下 +1.

加入条件：在本SIG参与过翻译，并且commit被合并。
