custom bed annotation. overlap within n bases

Hi and thank you for your great resource!

I am using your option to add custom BED annotations. I see there are options for 100% overlap or any overlap. I am wondering if it is possible to add a feature to define an overlap as start and end positions within n bases. In transposable element research, it is common to define the same insertion as those that are within 50-100 bases of each other.

Thank you for your interesting suggestion.
I keep that in mind for a future release (but sorry not in a near future).

Does the following seem correct to you?

-dist: Maximum location distance between start and end breakpoints of SV and user features
         Default = 100 bp
