How to turn entire component into a play button?

For an app I am working on, I've customized the player to be fairly small (just the title and the play button).

I am wondering: is there anyway to make the entire component act as the play button ? It is kind of awkward for the user to see a button with an audio clip, but then they have to click the smaller play button inside.
