The MangoPay contract requires us to undertake to provide a "call centre", and I'm pretty sure Liberapay fits the very broad definition of "electronic commerce" and is therefore obligated to be "effectively contactable" by phone.

I have an ovh number in 01xxxxxxxxxx. Do you want it to register ? Do we need it to work ? Maybe we can put a redirection to your phone or an other ?

We need a number that allows users to effectively contact us. I see three options: Liberapay buys a cheap mobile phone; or I buy a microphone and direct the calls to my computer; or we outsource to a hotline service provider, if we can find one with suitably low pricing.

What we have in our coworking place is an ovh number and we have 3 or 4 people where this number is redirected. Si it can be our own mobile phone, or our computer (with a sip number), but our number is not public, we can change it when we don't want to receive calls anymore, and it's the first one who answer who take the call.
