Catalan Translation

Hi,
I've been translating Liberapay to Catalan language, and it's 100% translated now. This issue is about managing Catalan l10n project. Please, discuss about Catalan translation here.

• Style: we follow Softcatalà translation guide. Please read it. Attention: We are talking about money here, so formal approach "vós" is used, following French.

• Glossary: we elaborated a Liberapay's glossary, please, be consistent.

• Missing: translation is 100% at Weblate, but there are some things in English yet: legal terms, and few strings. Be patient.

• Where: Liberapay is translated at Weblate, you need an account there.

Good job with the Catalan translation! I used it sometimes to double-check the Spanish one.

Edit: BTW, I didn't know the Softcatalà project. It's great.
