Description: Create a client portal where customers can view invoices and make payments.

Tasks:
Implement secure login for clients.
Develop UI for clients to view their invoices.
Integrate payment processing in the client portal.
Acceptance Criteria:
Clients can log in and view their invoices.
Payments can be made directly through the portal.
