Description: Integrate a support ticket system for client inquiries and issues.

Tasks:
Create Ticket model and migration.
Develop a UI for submitting and managing tickets.
Implement email notifications for new tickets and responses.
Acceptance Criteria:
Clients can submit support tickets.
Admins can manage and respond to tickets via the UI.
