Testing IAP on App Store

Make sure status of Agreements, Tax, and Banking in App Store Connect portal for free and paid apps is green. Agreements must be agreed, bank info setup. If that is not the case, you will likely get no product info in app.
Add your IAPs, make sure they are in 'Ready to submit' status.
In Users and Access add Sandbox Tester(s) that will nor be charged
Install app on device signed with Development profile so sandbox environment will be used
