Cannot permanently close my account

Exact URL of where the bug happened

I can always reopen my closed account. On the page it says that it won't work a second time but it does.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Close your account.
2. Reopen it.
3. Close it again.
4. Reopen it - the account was not permanently closed.

What did you expect to happen?

I want to close my account permanently.

What happened instead?

I am always able to reopen my account.

The simpler solution is of course to not reopen it.

Alternatively you can tell me the account name and I'll prevent you from reopening it.
