Feature Request: Possibility to assign team to a specific side in custom positions tournament

Hi, I am the developer of the Perseus Engine.

Recently, the possibility to add bots to lichess tournaments has been added (#16960). The idea of running engine vs human tournaments is now possible, but given the often big discrepancy in strenght, it would be best to run custom positions (odds games) tournaments. Of course, we need to exclude the possibility of the human playing as the weaker side.

To make this possible, we request the following feature:

When organizing a tournament with teams and custom position, the organizer should have the possibility of assigning teams to a specific side (black or white).

It is fair to say that this would add a very unique feature to lichess, and enable the organization of many interesting tournaments.

Yeah adding more ways to customize tournaments would be nice for lichess(I'm the developer of Sirius)
