Status issue when checking auto response from invisible

If someone is invisible and he/she checks my auto response, he/she becomes (online) to me and then his/her status never changes again. I have to restart licq to see the status change (if any). If they're still invisible, I don't see them online again, unless they check my suto response again. I've checked and I'm not on their visible list.

I tried this and got the following result:
When contact changes status from invisible he goes online in my list. Any status change after that causes him to show up as offline.
Network log shows "XXX went offline." regardless of which status he changes to.

If contact goes offline and than reconnects I just get another "XXX went offline.".
