Conda-forget version not up to date

The conda forge version is not up to date.
I thought an automated script was implemented.
Is there an issue on that side?

Sorry, I don't have any relation to conda-forge, pandoc-crossref was packaged by a third party. Check https://github.com/conda-forge/pandoc-crossref-feedstock.

Also, while this is not immediately relevant, since the last pandoc-crossref release the filenames of the release binaries have changed, so the recipe needs an update anyway. I'm not using conda neither am I familiar with it to attempt doing anything with it, unfortunately.

Apparently the bump to 0.3.18.0 failed because of #452. Which is resolved, but I had to change the filename schema in releases, so yeah, that means it requires some work.
