is it possible to run the CLI with access restricted to a set of namespaces

Is your feature request related to a specific runtime of cloudflow or applicable for all runtimes?

Describe the solution you'd like
allow CLI to be restricted to a set of namespaces

Additional context
security is a major concern for some Cloudflow users. Trust no one.
