Support ntfy.sh

I would like support for https://nyfy.sh as a provider. It's the only thing preventing me from using your library. ntfy.sh is a bit like the email provider in that the base_url changes when it's selfhosted. Otherwise it has a json API so it's simple to send the broad range of fields without having to worrying about much.

I am interested in providing a pull request if you are interested in adding support.

After one year, how is it going?

I didn't get a response so I haven't done anything on it. I'm most of the way through writing my own simpler less featureful system for webhooks in the project I needed this for. I'm not really interested in doing a bunch of work on a feature if the maintainer isn't interested and at this point I'm disinclined to contribute due to the very long lack of response and my having already done a bunch of work to solve my own problem independently in my project.
