Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There's space on the FX screen for a 4th effect.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new effect is added to fill up the space. As there is no effect yet, some kind of drive might be appropriate.

It might feature UI controls for:

Mode (Off / Drive / Wave Folding / types of distortion)
Gain
High Pass (for signal going into drive)
Low Pass (for signal coming back)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not adding another effect :D

Additional context
Will likely need oversampling
