How to align axis before inference?

How to automatically align axes of my custom dental mesh data as the figure shown below?

I just used the challenge data which are already aligned to those axes..
Maybe you can try to use PCA for coordinates of points. It is almost correct, but you should solve the directional ambiguity which is inherent in PCA.
