Upgrade Gatling version to 3.13.1

From version 3.12:

Gatling 3.12 removes the Akka library and Graphite integration.  

We need to update the related code; otherwise, the compile will fail.

The migration would potentially require a certain amount of work.

Not a priority right now e can still run perf tests fine.

I propose to keep this in the backlog atm
