This is Vinoth from Chennai, India. I am currently configuring linshare for my organization. I can log in to login both admin & user interface using the default root credentilas. How can i import users from ldap. What version of LDAP i can use? Is lemon LDAP the only option. Immediate help will be very useful

We are happy to receive your post and so sorry for the late response. For the authentication you have two options :
LDAP user provider : we support LDAP protocol so you can use OpenLDAP, Active Directory ...
OpenID Connect user provider : we support OpenID Connect protocol so you can use an OpenID Connect server like LemonLDAP-NG, Microsoft Azure Active Directory ...
For the LDAP user provider you have to configure in the admin interface the remote server, remote filter and user provider to point to your LDAP server. And the when the user signs in it will be synchronized into the LinShare Database.
