Wish this was an easy fix. Same situation as @fretzl on my Mac M2, composer 2.8.4, php 8.4.1 installed with home-brew. On my Mac, |

Hey folks, thanks for reporting this. I didn't detect this because I'm always running it from my local repo. The fix is here: #54 I have released 3.4.1 just now, which contains this fix. |

I've now also updated the guide to remove the redundant 'install' command and instead note you need Composer in your PATH (linked to instructions). |

Thanks @linc, I've got it working now. The update of the guide is also great! |

I've tried to install Porter a few times today on clean Ubuntu 22.04 and I just can't get it to work.
composer global require "linc/nitro-porter"
install porter in folder_~/.config/composer/vendor/linc/nitro-porter_
composer global install
- this does nothing because compose yml not existporter --help
returnsCommand 'porter' not found
I see a lot of people have a similar problem...can you please update the installation instructions (specially on the linux platform as I believe it is mostly used for hosting the forums), including how to get version 3.3 installed?
