Permitir que o filtro seja configurado para todos os asteroides (fiter type empty).
Carregar, quando existir, a lista de asteroides previamente salva quando o filter type é 'object name'.
Iniciar todos os filtros (exceto local solar time, por questão de conveniência) zerados.
Garantir que todos os parâmetros possam ser nulos.
