Add pipeline log level setting to "Execution profile"? #947

Now we cannot set the execution log level from the UI. But if we were to implement this, how would we go about it?

set it for the pipeline, along the used repository type, in "Execution profile"? Therefore to change this, we would need to change the pipeline
set it for an execution. In this case, it would be important to avoid complicating the existing "run execution" workflow e.g. by an additional dialog. We would probably have to add the dialog to something like "Advanced run" to the ... menu
