failure of linkerd_network_validator container doesn't restart the pod

We use Linkerd stable-2.13.6 version and sometimes seeing the linkerd_network_validator container failed with below logs. It happens intermittently to few pods. I though of the CNI failure but the rest of the pods in the same node are not having the same issue.

This is caused by a race between your cluster's CNI plugin and linkerd-cni. In 2.14.9 we added a CNI repair controller to address this, that is enabled through repairController.enabled=true.
