feat: full support of Global cardinality constraints on properties

In chapter 4.3 of the OWL specifications, two constraints are defined on properties are defined:
owl:FunctionalProperty, owl:InverseFunctionalProperty,

Is there a way to express these constraints in LinkML (-owl) ?

If not, could we extend LinkML to express these ?
