I have the same issue and assume it has something to do with the switch from gen-markdown (MkDocs or Sphinx) to gen-doc (SchemaView - which is not yet listed in the generators readme.md).
When using the search in the new docs of our schema, I could find that the sites for these "missing" types do exist (e.g. Uriorcurie) and are based on generators/docgen/type.md.jinja2.
I assume the culprit to be in class.md.jinja2#L38, where gen.link(s.range) will generate the wrong link for these build in types.
