mean-init: user interaction should be easier

mean-init should not restrict the user from using both: gulp & grunt

options:

• set defaults to use both
• else?

@brownman good point...we can make those select boxes. Need to think about "else" or "none" or something like that like. We shouldn't force grunt/gulp on devs.
