Investigate tailwind compatibility with webcomponents #24

In this old commit, things were split into reusable webcomponents.

The problem is that tailwind was not able to transform the css in those files (sometimes it worked - why?)

This branch contains an initial experiment with a js script that replaces divs with the content of other html files.

And there is this article about tailwind with web components at build time. Looks promising but it requires some extra packages & a build step.
