Spurious Alert for new release

I'm running Linux Mint 21.2
Since 21.3 came out, I get the alert but always find System Reports empty.
This, despite clicking "Ignore this report" (various times.)

I am on 21.3 and I get this as well.

Periodically the System Reports alert will appear in the system tray. When clicked, it opens up System Reports and a few moments later tells me that "no problems were detected".
