add "webhook" option

For users who could host the container publicly available, webhooks can improve workflows. Billbee can call some endpoint and send the data, the app can check it and call back billbee with some update, if needed, with a very low delay.

The container would not run the cronjob, but wait for webhook calls, which reduces traffic towards billbee.
