How do I use this with liquibase-hibernate ext?

The liquibase-hibernate ext does exactly what is needed, but how do I use this in liquibase-hibernate ext. And I was searching for adding tag and found this. https://github.com/mrswadge/liquibase-oracle-preconditions

How can I integrate these both into liquibase-hibernate ext. Or Does this liquiabase-oracle is not made for changeSet generation as liquibase-hibernate ext does.
