We did a major overhaul & moved everything to https://github.com/pkgforge
I added zsv:

https://github.com/pkgforge/soarpkgs/blob/main/binaries/zsv/static.official.source.yaml
It currently builds using your ./scripts/ci-build.sh as I couldn't manage it by myself using just the Makefile
Our CI will build zsv from HEAD every few days or when you make a new commit
https://github.com/pkgforge/soarpkgs/blob/main/binaries/zsv/static.official.ppkg.yaml
Uses ppkg & builds from latest git release: https://github.com/leleliu008/ppkg-formula-repository-official-core/blob/master/formula/zsv.yml

Both build exist at: https://pkgs.pkgforge.dev/?search=zsv
They can be downloaded from our index or installed using soar
