I added

<script src="node_modules/eruda/eruda.js"></script>
<script>eruda.init();</script>

To my webpage, as instructed (right before the </body> tag), and now the page continues to run on Android Chrome, but I don't see the eruda developer tool. I'm probably not finding the right documentation to use it.
