Hey Jesse,

Thank you for open-sourcing this.
I'm not able to re-enable Gutenberg by setting DISABLE_GUTENBERG to false. Source code search also doesn't come up with any checking mechanism for DISABLE_GUTENBERG so it's maybe not implemented yet?
