A client using our nextcloud platform would like to know if it is possible for him to NOT have access to any of the room's recording. He want to have recording only available to do diagnosis, solving any problem.
The client is the owner of the domain for his online classroom service, he doesn't want to hold any recording (he will not have Administrator access to the cloud, he will only have his own logins).
A solution would be a feature where he can create the room, he can start a recording, but the recording will only be stored so only Administrator access can view and access them.

Currently this is not possible, but I had an request to hide recordings in cases where recordings are globally disabled. So your request would be another use case for that. The addition should be easy, so every pull request is welcome 😉
