Reconnect PrimaryTransportConnected Timeout

Describe the bug
When I perform reconnection tests, I find that the WebSocket can quickly establish a connection. However, when executing primaryTransportConnectedCompleter.wait(timeout: _state.connectOptions.primaryTransportConnectTimeout), regardless of whether I set it to 10 seconds, 30 seconds, or 60 seconds, it always times out and fails in the end.
