Add placeholder to input 'file'

A rather simple addition to the input-type file. The ability to choose your own placeholder and button text like:

    **'placeholder' => null,**

])

and change:

to:

            {{ $buttonText }}  
        @else
            @if ($multiple) // It's blade, so it is nicer to stick to blade directives.
                {!! __('Choose files') !!}
            @else

        @endif
    </flux:button>

and:

to:

        @if ($placeholder)
            {{ $placeholder }}

    </div>

This makes it easier to customize.
