Add accept to input file

It would be nice to be able to use the accept attribute to limit what files can be selected in a file input rather than just relying on backend validation alone.

@martindanielsson I think this is possibly a bug instead of a feature request as native html attributes should still work, so going to close this feature request. Could you please open an issue and submit a code snippet we can copy and paste into our own apps with steps to reproduce. Be sure to include any Blade variable definitions that are used and use a little code as possible to reproduce the issue, so it can be investigated. Thanks!
